- Designed to move faster and lighter on all terrains, the MTN Trainer Lite Mid also performs well on rock. Its highly wear-resistant yet lightweight TPU-coated textile upper has suede inserts for stability and is paired with a GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort lining for durable, waterproof protection without sacrificing breathing comfort.
- The unique, durable design of the mid-cut shoe includes our 3F branding, which combines the instep, sole and heel for a comfortable, supportive and flexible fit. This is further supported by a shock-absorbing EVA midsole that provides long-lasting rebound.
- Flexible ankle cuff, heel stabilizer and rubber toe cap provide extra stability and protection. Overall, your foot has good freedom of movement but still feels well supported.
- With climbing lacing all the way to the toes to allow fine tuning for more precision on technical terrain.
- Underfoot, the outsole provides dependable traction thanks to the Pomoca rubber compound and a tread pattern with deep lugs and grooves, and the versatility to handle a wide range of terrain, from mud and grass to rocks, ice and snow.
