The MIZUNO ENERZY midsole is 2 mm thicker than the previous Wave Rider, which boosts the cushioning and energy return, gives a softer feel, and provides spring-like propulsion In addition to combining great cushioning and stability, it supports forward propulsive power through the WAVE PLATE and allows you to smoothly move your body weight.

More than 30% recycled content on upper body textile.
More than 90% recycled content on upper body lining textile.
